Dorian Yates' Big Back Workout

Dorian Yates' Big Back Workout
The U.K's most successful bodybuilder and what some would call the first of a new breed of massive athletes, Dorian Yates will simply be unforgettable in bodybuilding.
The Birmingham native sculpted an impressive physique in Temple Gym, which was not only thick and enormous, but defined and shredded to boot.
Today, we're looking at one of his back workout regimes. Yates used to use a "HIT" system, to hit the muscles in a fast, high intensity manner in order to promote shock and growth. Using this system, it wasn't uncommon for The Shadow to utilise 3 rest days per week, hitting every body part in split workouts during the other 4.
His back workout as detailed here, was coupled with around 5 sets that hit the traps, but we're just focusing on that huge back for this instalment!
