Products shipped from our HQ in the U.K. are held in stock by us and are sent from our facility in the UK.

Products shipped from our manufacturing facility will be sent from either the USA, Latvia (for most EU orders) or the UK depending on the product and the manufacturing techniques needed. These items will generally take longer to ship. 

***Signature 2.0 Range Sizing***

This range features fitted 100% cotton garments for men and women (tshirts and tanks/vests) that do run quite small compared to our other items. If you like a more relaxed or casual fit you are advised to order a size up from your usual choice.

Sports Bras  - These are constructed with a polyester/spandex mix and feature mesh details. Again, these are fitted and can run slightly smaller than other garments. Approximate sizing for these garments as follows:

Small: UK dress size 6-8
Medium: 8-10
Large: 12-14
Extra Large: 16-18

Shorts and leggings run true to size.

Sizing will depend on individual measurements and proportions such as hips, thighs, bust, back width etc as well as personal preference on fit. Feel free to ask us any sizing questions at info@liftheavy.ltd
